Eligibility
- Applies to first-time purchases of paid plans (Starter, Essential, Premium, Elite).
- Trial accounts are free and therefore non-refundable.
- Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
How to Request
E-mail refunds@officialtivimate.net or message us on WhatsApp with:
- Order ID
- E-mail used at checkout
- Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days. You will lose access to the Service once the refund is processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after seven days.
- Accounts suspended for Terms & Conditions violations.
- Reseller or bulk purchases.
