By purchasing or using TiviMate IPTV Service (“Service”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Service Description
We provide IPTV playlists, EPG data, and VOD streams formatted for the TiviMate player. We do not develop, license, or sell the TiviMate application.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to access IPTV content in their jurisdiction.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Do not share or resell the Service.
- Use no more concurrent streams than your plan allows.
Payment & Renewal
All fees are one-time, prepaid, and quoted in US dollars. Plans expire automatically; no auto-renewal.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any copyright or broadcast regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of channel logos or programming.
Availability & Updates
The Service targets 99.9 % uptime. Planned maintenance or events beyond our control (ISP failure, force majeure) may cause temporary interruptions.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the current subscription term.
Refunds
See separate Refund Policy. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to paid plans that meet the stated conditions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms; updates take effect upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
